How much does it cost?

There are only three things we would charge you for.

1. The complete bundle is $395.
2. If you own real estate, it is $29 per property .
3. For an additional $ 35, we can print and ship the documents to you.

What is included in the complete bundle?

Our Comprehensive Living Trust Bundle includes all of the following:

• Living Trust,
• General Assignment,
• Power(s) of Attorney,
• Advance Health Care Directive(s),
• HIPAA Authorization(s),
• Certification of Trust,
• Assignment of Personal Property,
• Final Memorial Instructions, and a
• Marital Property Agreement (if applicable).
• Quitclaim Deeds can be purchased for an additional $29 per property.

What is the process like?

First, you begin by creating an account and completing our simple 15-minute online questionnaire. Payment information is collected only at the end. Second, we draft the documents immediately and upload them to your Client Dashboard within two business days (or we can print and ship them to you for a nominal charge). Third, using our crystal clear step-by-step instructions, you sign and notarize the documents.

How long does it all take?

The questionnaire only takes about 15 minutes to complete. Your completed documents are ready two business days later.

What information do I need to provide?

Although the questionnaire goes into more detail than the following questions, here is a general idea of what it covers:

• Personal contact information (name, phone number, etc.).
• Who you would like to administer your estate upon your death.
• Who you would like to handle your affairs upon your incapacity.
• Who you would like to inherit your assets, and how.
